Our Succulent Beef and Lamb comes from Mey Selections in the Highlands of Scotland. Launched by Prince Charles to foster closer connections between farmers and consumers, the meat comes from selected herds and flocks where centuries of traditional husbandry and grazing pastures of grassland and heather ensures a unique flavour and the best quality meat.
The Rare Breed Meat Company supplies us with pork from the Suffolk based herd of Blythburgh Pigs. These pigs benefit from being reared longer than conventionally reared pigs to allow the delicious flavour and mouth watering succulence to develop fully.
Herb Fed based in Shires Farm, North Yorkshire supplies us with award winning Bronze Chickens, Roosters and Turkeys fed on a unique diet which includes over ten varieties of fresh herbs. These birds, happily living out in the fields, have a delicious flavour which is difficult to beat.
Hammond’s butchers make different type of sausages. Crammed full of flavour, favourites include lamb Meguez, Italian red wine, Oxford and the classic St George. ‘Simply unbeatable’ according to the Chiswick Herald! We also make our own marinades. Perfect accompaniment to chicken and duck is the Malaysian, the Indonesian and the Duck in Plum and Ginger.
Since sustainability and provenance is so important to us, we only work with top fish merchants to source the finest quality ethically caught fish from the UK and beyond. Includes day boat/line caught lemon sole and sea bass, Scottish salmon, Cornish shellfish and Lyme Bay scallops.
